Very professional and helpful when it came to answering my questions. Prices were reasonable, and James did an exceptional job on my car. I needed my battery and alternator replaced and it got done the same day I scheduled my appointment. If your needing repairs on your car, I would recommend The Auto Healer!Posted on Google

When I spoke with Rich I was reassured that my brakes would be fixed in no time and they were! James was so great! He came to the house and fixed my brakes within 40 minutes! The time of service was great, Paul really helped me out in the bind I was in. My only complaint would be the price. Over $1100 for just a water pump is insane. Again, I was in a major bind so I really didnt have much of a choice but to pay it, but since then, ive gotten estimates from other places as well as mobile mechanics and they all have said I was way overcharged 😭 Not to mention he said my back brakes were bad too, and wanted 350 just for those, which again WAY overpriced. (Those i declined though) lol I mean its too late now, what's done is done, but I do feel a little taken advantage of in the time of crisis I was in. Other than that, the technician they sent, paul, was super friendly, helpful , and quick so was happy about that. Edited to reply: the diagnostic was 150. My total was 1,183. So yes it was still 1,000 for a water pump repair which again, is insanity not only to me, but to everyone else Ive spoken to about it. Most of their exact words are "oh, you got taken" so yeab, not too happy about that so I will be calling lolPosted on Google

The entire process was really simple. Our mechanic took his time to explain everything and even showed us first hand how to identify the concerns we had. zylee76 October 2026I needed to change the batteries on my 3/4 ton Denali, but didnt have the tool to reset all of the electronics. I called them Monday evening, and they were out at 9am Tuesday morning. 15 minutes, and all done. I'll definitely use them again.Posted on Google
